Shimmerwings, hand-fabricated Sterling Silver Pendants and Jewelry, are set with the gem-like wings of Butterflies. Our butterflies are farm-raised and collected (not killed) at the end of their natural life cycle by trained licensed workers in the Peruvian Amazon. This environmentally sensitive program provides income for local people while preserving the rain forest. As this jewelry is made from butterfly wings, each piece is unique and some natural color variations occur. Shimmerwings are durable and the colors will remain vibrant, however please avoid exposure to water.
